Lesson Policies

Payment is required in advance to reserve and confirm all private lessons, lesson packages, and group programs. A lesson or class spot is confirmed once payment has been received.

Private lessons require a minimum of 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled lesson and no-shows will be charged the full lesson amount.

Group programs are based on a 4-week commitment and are designed to provide consistent training and player development.

Groups require a minimum of 2 players and are limited to a maximum of 6 players to maintain a high-quality training environment.

If a player needs to miss a class, at least 24 hours' notice is required. When available, a makeup class may be offered in another appropriate group during the active package period. Makeup classes are subject to availability and are not guaranteed.

Same-day cancellations and no-shows are considered used classes.

Lessons must be completed within the applicable package period. Unused lessons expire at the end of the validity period. Packages are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Player safety comes first. Outdoor lessons are subject to weather and court conditions.

If Maragon Tennis determines that weather or court conditions are unsafe or unsuitable for play, the lesson will be rescheduled without penalty.

Players should arrive 5–10 minutes early and be ready to play at their scheduled start time.

Lessons begin and end at the scheduled time. Late arrivals will not extend the lesson time.

Active group-package members receive 20% OFF one eligible private lesson. Discounts and promotions cannot be combined.

By purchasing or participating in a Maragon Tennis lesson, package, or group program, players acknowledge and agree to these policies.
