Lesson Policies

General Rules

  • All lessons must be paid in full at least 2 days before the scheduled class.
  • All payments are final. Lessons are non‑refundable and non‑transferable once payment has been made.
  • No credits will be applied to future months or sessions.
  • To cancel or reschedule, please contact Coach Mario at 713‑730‑8568 at least 24 hours in advance.
  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the lesson will result in loss of that class.
  • If the court is wet or under maintenance, the coach will notify players up to 2 hours before the lesson.

Group Lessons

  • A minimum of two players is required for a group class to proceed.
  • By joining a group, you commit to the entire session (typically 4–5 weeks).
  • Group classes are not drop‑in. Missed classes are non‑refundable and non‑creditable.
  • If a class is canceled by the coach, it will be rescheduled during the designated make‑up week.
  • Missed make‑up classes are forfeited and will not be rescheduled.

Private & Semi‑Private Lessons

  • A 24‑hour notice is required to receive a make‑up credit.
  • If one player cancels, the session will continue with the remaining student(s).
  • No‑shows or late cancellations result in a forfeited lesson.
  • Lesson packages are valid for six months from the purchase date; unused lessons expire after that period.
  • Payments are final — once a package or lesson is purchased, no refunds will be issued.

Make‑Up & Missed Classes

  • Make‑up lessons are offered as a courtesy and depend on coach availability.
  • Missed classes due to personal reasons (illness, travel, schedule conflicts, etc.) are non‑refundable and non‑transferable.
  • All make‑ups must be completed within the same session; unused make‑ups will not roll over.

Weather Policy

  • If courts are unsafe or unplayable, the coach may cancel or reschedule the lesson.
  • Only the coach may decide whether weather conditions affect play (up to 2 hours before class).
  • Weather‑related cancellations will be rescheduled when possible; no refunds or credits will be issued.
